Terms & Conditions
- In order to process bookings full name as per passport – (first name/last name), passport details & flight information is required.
- Confirmation is not guaranteed until full payment of the tour is received.
- No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services such as ground transportation, sightseeing tours, meals etc.
- Standard hotel check in time is 4.00 pm & Check out time is 11.00 am
- Early check in is subject to availability of rooms & cannot be guaranteed
- Late check out of hotel rooms will be subject to applicable charges & to be paid directly to hotel/s
- Guest should have a valid credit card to be presented to hotels towards incidental charges. All incidental charges such as room service, mini bar consumption, Water Bottles, Laundry, Shoe Polishing and anything that is not included in the package charges are to be paid by guest directly to hotels
- Baggage allowances limited to 02 bags (1 full size 28 inches+ 1 medium size 26 inches) each person on coach seating maximum of 50 passengers.
- Child rate applies to children aged 2-9, children above 09 years would be considered as an adult
- We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation of equal or higher standards or change/cancel any sightseeing tours in case of any emergency beyond our control that may arise
- Changes to tour plans by any one in the group are not permitted & group will operate as per set itinerary.
- Tour will operate subject to at least 20 confirmed passengers onboard. For less then 20 passengers, we reserve the right to make changes with ground arrangements to make if operationally feasible.
- In case of breakdown of vehicle due to any mechanical/operational failures, we will try to make every effort to fix the problem however there will be no monetary compensation for any delays/inconvenience/missing of any activity etc.
- Families with young children, infants must make their own arrangements for a child / Infant seat as it's mandatory law of the land. Transporters have the right to refuse the entry to vehicle
- Full & final payment of tour is due 30 days prior to departure date
- All booking request received within 30 days of departure date will require full payment
- No bookings will be processed until deposit amount or the final payment is received
- Tour confirmation & supporting documents will be provided three days prior to departure date
- Remittance fee of US$30 is the cost of receiving each remittance and not part of the package cost & the same shall be borne by the client for each remittance made
- Changes & additions are subject to processing fee of $50 for each such request regardless of it being availed and will have to be paid by Credit Card before any action on Changes & Additions
- All additional charges will have to be paid by Credit Card before any action on Changes & Additions
Disclaimer
- By accepting to travel on this tour, the passenger is responsible for:
- Looking after one's own belongings including Pass Port, Cash in any Currency, Credit Cards at any venue including place of accommodation or in transit whilst walking, traveling by coach/bus/train/cruise/ship/boat, bicycling or any other transport or vehicle
- Will hold a valid International/Overseas Mediclaim Policy for all days of travel
- Will have a local communication number for interacting with service providers
